A native of the Mexico, Puebla, for this cook, the kitchen represents passion, creativity and perseverance. Dedicated to discover the magic of the Mexican flavors, “because there is nothing more delicious than to refresh your memory, much more than if it is thru the palate".

In 2015, he was recognized as "Rising Star Chef of Mexico" by Wine and Food Festival of Mexico, -Cancun-Riviera Maya, one of the most important festivals in Latin America. He was also nominated by Travel and Leisure, and Food and Travel Mexico as one of the best culinary proposals of the country.

A disciple of Chef Enrique Olvera, has led its flavors and passion for Mexican food in London, Turks and Caicos, Colombia, UAE, and USA. He currently shares his cuisine and knowledge with Chef Martha Ortiz and his efforts in his own restaurant, Antonia Bistro in San Miguel de Allende, Mexico.
