Shelly Tygielski

After spending almost 20 years in Corporate America immersed in Fortune 1000 organizations, and in the last decade as an executive in public and private companies, Shelly has begun to teach modern life mindfulness full time, with special emphasis on the business sector and in sports organizations.

As someone who has run large departments and companies, and spent a lifetime juggling personal, professional and philanthropic activities, she turned to attention to help her balance work and life and to improve their effectiveness, focus and success in business. Through YURU meditation, Shelly offers seminars, workshops, retreats and classes on mindfulness practices. 

She has written more than 200 guided meditations and shares contemplations every morning on his social media platform.
